-You need to take the beverages that belong to that hour with you when you wish to go outside the facility.

- At least 6 cups of Detox soup should be drank everyday. There is no ultimate limit.

- You can drink unlimited herbal tea (except green tea). Consume especially cinnamon.

- We suggest you to bath with scrub in Turkish bath in the first two days of your detox program.

- Detox process will quicken with sauna, steam and massage therapies that are applied everyday. Benefit from them daily.

- We suggest at least 30 minutes of an alkali exercise everyday. (Walking, swimming etc.)
